I grew up near Gawler, moving south to Aldinga in 2014 with my partner. We have a new addition to our family in 2022 with the birth of our daughter bringing with her lots of exciting times. I love the outdoors and feel absolutely privileged to live in the Fleurieu. I graduated from UniSA with a Grad Dip in Clinical Exercise Physiology in 2012 and am passionate about assisting people to better manage their health and to feel good in their own bodies. I want to make moving-more, as enjoyable as possible, and promote wellbeing physically, mentally and emotionally.

My own body has provided me with some challenges in the last 10 years, giving me personal experience with long term pain and injury management, and ultimately it is through maintaining movement and exercise that allows me to manage this and keep doing what makes me happy.

I love the outdoors and spend my leisure time swimming and walking at Aldinga Beach, grabbing a coffee from one of the many great local spots we have on offer, and attempting to get my garden to produce something I can actually eat. I also love being a patrolling member at Aldinga Bay Surf Lifesaving Club so you will see me on the beach in Summer wearing my red and yellow.

I graduated from the University of South Australia in 2020. I pride myself on creating a comfortable environment to help set clients on the correct path to reaching their personal health goals. I enjoy working with people with all types of health challenges, and seeing the fast improvement that exercise can make for their health and well being.

I have a special interest in resistance training, weight bearing exercise and anything strength based. I love utilising these interests to improve people’s strength and conditioning in order to help with any injuries, underlying health conditions or even just to improve function.

I have a passion for all things sport with a specific interest in soccer, which I have played for a majority of my life. I am a big advocate of practicing what you preach and enjoy spending time in the gym and keeping up to date with the best evidence-based practice. When I get some free time, I love spending it with my family and visiting the beautiful beaches South Australia has to offer.

I have had a passion for health and fitness since I was young, stemming from years of participation in athletics, cross country running, and soccer. During my studies I have developed a keen interest in oncology (cancer), neurological conditions, and management of chronic disease. I strive to work closely with my clients to help them reach their goals, improve quality of life, and reduce symptom burden to maintain independence for longer. Outside of working, I enjoy spending as much time as possible outside in the sun. I love to travel, go camping, and paint as often as I can !

I am in my final year studying Exercise Physiology at UniSA. I love the inclusive and supportive environment at FEP and I’m grateful to have joined the team on the reception desk! I believe exercise is something that can help anyone lead a healthier, happier and more fulfilling life and I’m passionate about helping people become stronger. Some of my favourite forms of exercise include resistance training, hiking and badminton. When I’m not studying or exercising I love painting, reading and visiting the local farmers market.

I have always lived near the city or north of the city but would travel to the Fleurieu Peninsula to camp and absolutely fell in love with it. I moved to Aldinga Beach in 2022 and really enjoy living near the ocean. I have a kitty, Pickles, who is 5 years old and the love of my life. She is always bringing love, snuggles and laughter into my life. I have spent the last 8 years working as a youth support worker and disability support worker, which I absolutely loved but needed a change.

I love nature and being outside, at the beach or hiking in a forest. I really enjoy travelling, exploring, and camping! I started playing netball again last year and was lucky enough to win a grand final. I sometimes run, sometimes walk, sometimes yoga, sometimes meditate. I do what feels good and brings joy into my life, while doing my best to take care of my health. I also spend my time being creative and re-creating pictures with cut magazine pieces, and pressing flowers and leaves.
